here is 2 of them

the first one needs to calculate in this way:
we have 12 months in a year
so: 18018 months = 1501 years and 6 months

but another way does not need calculation:
we have "18018 months"
if we include "18018" as a word;
so: we just have one "months" in "18018 months"
=============================

and also some other ways ...
depends on how to think of it ...

becasue i wronged in it in past
if u use calculator u will find

18018/12 = 1501.5

so what i said
it is 1501 years and 5 months but the right answer as u said
1501 years and 6 months
but how could u know the 6 months

here is the way

3 ways

first is
18018/12 = 1501.5 years
1501*12 = 18012 months
18018-18012 = 6 months

second is
18018/12 = 1501.5 years
0.5*12 = 6 months

third is the same of second almost
18018/12 = 1501.5 years
i pronounce the answer 1501 years and half year
so half of that year is 6 months

and i think the first is the best way becasue if i say to u
how many years and months in 100 months
if u used the second so

100/12 = 8.3333333333....
0.3333333333... * 12 = almost 4
